MIF: All levels – MIF only. Please consult with your professional before signing up for club sessions.

Late fee: $20 for applications not postmarked by the deadline. All memberships with PPFSC and USFS are renewable in June. Please remember that all skaters must have a current membership in order to skate on any PPFSC session. Please have your membership card available if you are not a PPFSC member.

- There is no Service Requirement for any skater who contracts Summer ice.
- There will be a $20 fee added to your bill for each check that is returned to us for insufficient funds.
- Skaters are placed on sessions in the order in which the assistant treasurer receives the applications up until the deadline. Full members are given first consideration, associates next, then nonmembers. After the deadline, only the postmark is the deciding factor.
- You may not drop a session once it has begun.
- The Board of Governors reserves the right to change the level requirements or discipline of any session that is under-enrolled.
- Please check our Facebook page and website for updates and changes.
All Spring ice bills must be paid in full before the Summer application will be accepted. A deposit of $75 must accompany application before it will be accepted. We are looking forward to an enjoyable, productive season ahead.
A Music Fee is charged per skater and must be paid with your ice application. The music fee will be credited at the end of the season after obligation is fulfilled. A volunteer is responsible for fulfilling the music obligation for each skater in the family who contracts ice.
PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MUSIC DUTIES.
All walk-on fees must be paid prior to walking on the session.
Should a skater cease skating for any reason (except for a medical condition requiring doctor’s care and board approval) after the start of the skating session decide to cancel, he/she will be held responsible for FULL PAYMENT.
Failure to pay your ice bill by the above schedule will result in the skater not being allowed to skate, test, compete or exhibit until payments are made. This will be strictly enforced.
We wish to remind those considering signing up to play music that volunteer duties are as follows:
Volunteers are needed to take attendance, collect walk-on payments, be responsible for making the harness available, and play music. The volunteer is expected to enforce the club’s rules regarding its ice sessions and walk-on fees.
The music fee will be credited back to your account at the conclusion of the Summer session if you have volunteered 3 times during the session. Volunteers must arrive 10 minutes before the start of their session (at ice make) to begin to collect walk-ons and to relieve the previous monitor. It is imperative that the walk-on fees, music box, attendance box, and harness are locked up if there is no one there to relieve you, or if you are the last person playing music for the day. All of your efforts will help PPFSC run more smoothly. We appreciate your cooperation.
Volunteers who cover more than the required number of ice sessions will earn a walk-on pass for each session in excess of the requirement. Please let us know if you are willing to cover additional sessions. Additional sessions will be assigned provided all volunteers have been given the opportunity to fulfill their requirement.
